The OC Motorcycle Sales Specialist will:

- Maintain & demonstrate product knowledge of our available brands (Triumph, Piaggio, Vespa, and Moto Guzzi)

- Track & manage communication with all customers via our Customer Management System

- Greet & engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner

- Listen to customer’s needs & wants and aid them in choosing the correct product

- Present & negotiate pricing according to Sales Manager instruction

- Work together with the Finance & Sales Managers to achieve sales goals and retail targets

- Work together with sales team to maintain cleanliness & presentability of the sales showroom

- Teach & support customers in anything relating to their motorcycle; maintain positive communication with customers post-sale to encourage repeat/referral business

Key Attributes

- At least 1 year previous sales experience (if you have sales experience outside of automotive, you are encouraged to apply!)

- Outgoing, energetic, positive, friendly personality

- The ability to demonstrate professional email/phone etiquette

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Outlook programs as well as basic computer usage

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

- Self-motivated, with the ability to professionally accept and give constructive criticism

- Knowledge of motorcycle/motorcycle riding preferred but not required
